Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. To cancel, please email us at care@inayas.com or call +91 92176 16776 with your Order ID. Once the artisanal embroidery process has begun (post 24 hours), we cannot accept cancellations.
Return Policy
Due to the delicate nature of our handcrafted products, we only accept returns if:
- The product reached you in a damaged condition.
- The wrong item was shipped to you.
*Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment (via Razorpay) within 5-7 working days.
