1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing the INAYAS website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations in India. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept major Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI, and Net Banking.
- Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
- Your order is only confirmed once the payment is successfully authorized.
- In case of a payment failure, please check with your bank or try an alternative payment method.
3. Shipping Policy
Since our products are artisanal and hand-embroidered, delivery timelines may vary:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days.
- Delivery Time: 7-10 business days depending on your location in India.
- Shipping is free on orders above ₹5,000. For orders below this, a flat fee of ₹150 applies.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement. Post 24 hours, the order enters production and cannot be cancelled.
Refunds: Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed via Razorpay to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Returns: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only for damaged or incorrect products. Tag and original packaging must be intact.
5. Intellectual Property
The designs, patterns, and "Art You Can Carry" motifs are the exclusive property of INAYAS. Any reproduction or unauthorized use of our embroidery designs will lead to legal action under the Copyright Act of India.
6. Governing Law
Any claim relating to INAYAS website shall be governed by the laws of India, and specifically the courts in New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
